At Warner Brothers Records Gary joined a legendary A&R staff that is still regarded as THE premier A&R staff , where he was hands-on responsible for the signing of Prince, Dire Straits, Rickie Lee Jones, Christopher Cross, and producing among other albums, Donald Fagens Grammy-nominated solo album "The Nightfly".
